Allahverdi Rahimpour, a civilian worker, tragically lost his life during these assaults.

According to Iranian media outlets, a farewell ceremony honoring the memory of Rahimpour was held on Sunday evening.

The Israeli strikes targeted military sites in Tehran, as well as in the provinces of Ilam and Khuzestan. Iran reported that most of the incoming projectiles were intercepted by its air defense systems.

In a separate statement, Iran’s Army confirmed that four of its soldiers also lost their lives as a result of the pre-dawn attacks.
