Hezbollah attacks Israeli Golani headquarters
TEHRAN - The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah continues to target Israeli military sites and troops, showing no signs of retreating from the battlefield.
The resistance movement announced on Saturday that its fighters have targeted “the Shiraga base (the administrative headquarters of the Golani Brigade) north of the occupied city of Akka, with a rocket barrage.”
Meanwhile, the command headquarters of the Israeli infantry battalion of the 769th Eastern Brigade in the Ramim barracks was struck with a rocket barrage for the second time in a row.
As part of the Khaybar Operations series, Hezbollah said the Stella Maris naval base (a strategic base for maritime surveillance and control at the northern coast), located 35 kilometers from the Lebanese-Palestinian border northwest of Haifa, was targeted with a rocket barrage.
Also, under the Khayber Operations on Saturday, the Lebanese resistance conducted an “aerial operation with a squadron of assault drones on the special naval task force unit Shayetet 13 at the Atlit base, south of occupied Haifa, hitting their targets precisely.”
The regime's military came under more fire when Hezbollah fighters targeted a “gathering of Israeli enemy forces in the newly established headquarters of the Western Brigade Command at the Ya’ara Barracks, with a rocket barrage.”
Hezbollah escalates strikes on Israeli military as Lebanon expresses “reservations” over the U.S. truce proposal A squadron of assault drones was used to attack a gathering of Israeli forces near a military checkpoint in Avivim settlement, “hitting their targets precisely”.
Another aerial operation “with a squadron of assault drones” struck a gathering of “Israeli enemy forces in the Yir’on settlement, hitting their targets precisely”.
A gathering of Israeli occupation forces was hit east of the Lebanese village of Maroun Al-Ras with a rocket barrage.
The Lebanese resistance also targeted a gathering of the Israeli occupation forces east of the town of Markaba with a barrage of rockets.
Israeli enemy forces gathering in Doviv barracks were struck with a missile barrage, according to Hezbollah.
Elsewhere, Hezbollah announced that Israeli forces were struck with rocket barrages in the settlements of “Katzrin, Avivim, and Manara in northern occupied Palestine.”
Hezbollah has published scenes of its fighters targeting Israeli occupation forces between the town of Maroun al-Ras and the city of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon with Nasr-1 missiles.
The Lebanese resistance has also released footage of its fighters targeting the Tira Carmel base used by the Israeli army south of Haifa.
The base has been targeted at least twice over the past few days.
Footage was also circulating on Saturday of an Israeli drone being targeted and shot down in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military’s botched ground invasion of Southern Lebanon has proved very costly.
More than 110 Israeli troops have been killed in clashes with Hezbollah on the Lebanese border alone. Over 1,000 others have been injured.
The officially stated war goal by Tel Aviv of returning settlers back to the north has, so far, failed with more settlers fleeing Hezbollah’s daily rocket barrages.
The Lebanese resistance movement has issued evacuation orders for scores of Israeli settlements near the Lebanese border warning civilians to leave “for their own safety”.
According to Israeli media, Hezbollah is still an active and powerful organization that launches a large number of missiles towards Israel.
This comes as Lebanese officials have expressed “reservations” to a joint U.S.-Israeli truce proposal.
“There can be no undermining of our sovereignty,” Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri stressed after being handed the draft proposal by the United States.
