Iran lose to Netherlands at 2024 IWBF Men's Repechage
TEHRAN – Iran were defeated by the Netherlands 61-53 at the 2024 International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) Men's Repechage on Saturday.
Team Melli will meet Canada on Sunday in Pool A.
Iran had lost to France 63-62 in their opening match.
Pool B is comprised of Colombia, Germany, Morocco, and Italy.
The top-four teams in the eight-country tournament earn tickets to the 2024 Paralympic Games set further north in Paris from Aug. 28 to Sept. 8.
