IRGC facility suffers fatal incident

TEHRAN- The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) reported the loss of two of its personnel due to a gas leak that occurred on Wednesday night at one of its facilities in Isfahan province.

In the statement released early Thursday, the public relations office of the IRGC in Isfahan reported a gas leak occurring in one of the province's workshops which resulted in the martyrdom of two individuals and injuries to ten others.

Captain Mojtaba Nazari and Lieutenant Colonel Mokhtar Morshedi were identified as the two members who lost their lives in this tragic event.

The funerals and memorial services for security martyrs Nazari and Morshedi are scheduled for Friday, August 30, and Saturday, August 31 respectively. 

Martyr Nazari will be laid to rest in Qahdarijan, while Martyr Morshidi will be interred in Fereydunshahr.
