Iranian House of Cartoon hosts intl. exhibit on air pollution, environmental issues
TEHRAN- The Iranian House of Cartoon in Tehran is now hosting a selection of cartoon artworks by international artists focusing on air pollution and the environment.
Entitled “Clean Air,” the exhibit is showcasing artworks by cartoonists from around the globe including Alexander Dubovitsky from Ukraine, Angel Boligan from Mexico, Andrei Popov from Russia, Anatoliy Stankulov from Bulgaria, Demir Novak from Croatia, and Darko Drljevic from Montenegro.
Also included are Borislav Stankovic from Serbia, Arif Suterstantu from Indonesia, Antonio Manuel dos Santos from Portugal, Erdogan Basel from Turkey, Engin Selcuk from Turkey, Edir Santos from Brazil, Doru Exente from Romania, Dudi Isuhyudi from Indonesia, Fauzi Morsi from Egypt, Hikabi Demirci from Turkey, Halit Kurtulmus from Turkey, Goran Siljanin from Serbia, and Fars Qarebit from Germany.
These artists aim to draw attention to the current and future challenges facing global environmental conditions.
The "Clean Air" international cartoon exhibition will run until December 1.
