Özcan Bizati named Esteghlal coach
TEHRAN - Özcan Bizati arrived in Tehran Wednesday night and officially signed his contract to work as assistant coach of the Sohrab Bakhtiarizadeh at Esteghlal.
Bizati holds a UEFA Pro License and has been active in football coaching for nearly two decades. Throughout his managerial and assistant career, he has worked with several Turkish clubs, including Gençlerbirliği S.K., Manisaspor, MKE Ankaragücü, Pendikspor, Denizlispor, Samsunspor, Trabzonspor, Boluspor, Sivasspor, Bursaspor, Kayserispor, and Tuzlaspor.
Bizati also spent one year as assistant coach to Ersun Yanal with the Turkey national team. His résumé additionally includes experience working at academy level, highlighting his background in youth development.
