Rubio declares war on international law by openly threatening the ICC
TEHRAN- Writing an article in The Wall Street Journal on Monday, U.S. Secretary of State issued a broadside against the International Criminal Court (ICC) that in 2024 issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former war minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
