TEHRAN - Disbelief, grief, anger, and a strong desire for revenge—these were the emotions that permeated the air as thousands of citizens gathered in Tehran's main central squares after learning that the U.S. and Israel had assassinated their beloved leader.

The only impact Israel allowed to be reported was the destruction of an Israeli settlement in the immediate vicinity of occupied East al-Quds, and within the so-called “Judea and Samaria” zone.
TEHRAN – Iran’s former and current top officials issued separate statements Sunday morning after it was announced that Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei was martyred during U.S.-Israeli strikes on his Tehran office a day earlier.
TEHRAN- The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, attained martyrdom following U.S.-Israeli strikes that targeted his Tehran office Saturday morning. He was Iran’s second Leader, taking the helm in June of 1989 after the Islamic Republic’s founder, Imam Khomeini, passed away.
TEHRAN – Following the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in an Israeli-U.S. airstrike on his office on Saturday morning, a top Iranian security official told a televised program on Sunday morning that the United States and the Zionist Israeli regime have “broken the heart of the Iranians” and in response “we will break their heart”.
