During separate visits to the Hamas office in Tehran both Kamal Kharrazi, the Leader’s political advisor and the head of the Iranian Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, and Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the Iranian parliament’s speaker, conveyed their sympathies and the Leader's condolences to Khaled Qaddoumi, Hamas’s representative in the Iranian capital. They asserted that Sinwar's martyrdom would not weaken Hamas, highlighting his bravery in confronting the occupying regime.

Kharrazi, emphasizing the Palestinian people's firm resolve, stated that the ongoing Israeli threats and violence would only fuel their Resistance.

Qalibaf, in turn, vowed retribution against Israel, declaring that Sinwar's sacrifice would not be in vain. He asserted that the assassination of Resistance leaders would not yield any strategic success for the enemy.

Qalibaf further criticized Israel, noting that the regime, despite its claims of security, remains deeply insecure due to the sacrifices of martyrs and their triumphs.

Brigadier General Ismail Qaani, commander of the IRGC Quds Force, and Brigadier General Iraj Masjedi, deputy coordinator of the IRGC Quds Force in Syria, also offered their condolences to Hamas and the Palestinian people. Qaani reiterated that Sinwar's martyrdom would not diminish Hamas, stating that his bravery would inspire continued Resistance.

Yahya Sinwar, the leader of the Hamas Resistance group, was killed while fighting with Israeli forces in Gaza on October 17. His martyrdom has been hailed by people around the region and the world, who say the Resistance fighter fought for the Palestinian cause till his last breath.
