TEHRAN – Pirhossein Kolivand, the head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), has elaborated on the violations of human rights by US-Israeli attacks on Iran.

In separate letters to the International Court of Justice, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and BRICS member states, Kolivand has urged the international bodies m to take necessary measures.

The United States and Israel have launched deadly military assaults on Iran since early Saturday morning.
Referring to the terrorist attacks targeted residential regions, including the bombing of an elementary school in Minab, Hormozgan province, injured and martyred civilians, Kolivand said “We will do our best not to let them trample the rights and bloods of innocent civilians”, IRNA reported.

Elaborating on the IRC’s measures, the official voiced the IRCS full readiness to provide rescue services to the people all over the country, as in the 12-day war in June 2025.
