17 compatriots martyred during U.S.-Israeli terrorist attack to Abhar

TEHRAN—A total of 17 ordinary citizens were martyred following U.S.-Israeli terrorist attack to Pasargadae Tourism Complex in Abhar, Zanjan province.

Announcing this, Deputy Governor-General of Zanjan Ali Sadeqi said on Thursday that the process of debris collection and transferring the bodies of martyrs and the injured is being implemented quickly.

According to CHTN, he said: “During the brutal attack, a number of compatriots were injured. The rescues measures for transferring them to the medical centers were conducted immediately.”

He also gave news of destruction of a bridge in Zanjan-Qazvin freeway during the attack.

Referring to the traffic measures and crisis management in the region, he said that all passengers will be guided to the transit route and then they will return to the freeway through Khorramdarreh city.

Sadeqi reiterated that Zanjan crisis management focuses on rendering services, securing public safety, and returning the conditions to the normal situation.
