Qazvin’s mirror and glass production unit damaged by U.S.-Israeli attacks
TEHRAN- Following U.S.-Israeli attacks, a mirror and glass production unit faced heavy damages in Qazvin province, said a cultural heritage official.

Head of Qazvin Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department Maryam Mahdavi told CHTN on Thursday that 12 personnel of the unit were injured and sections of the production unit and storehouse were destroyed.
Pointing to the humanitarian dimensions of the incident, she said that one of the injured persons needs surgery and the other injured persons have undergone medical treatment.
Based on the preliminary assessments, the roof of the production units has been destroyed, and the walls of the administrative building have been ruined, she added.
She noted that following occurrence of fire in the storehouse, a huge portion of boxes and products have been damaged.
Although the fire has been distinguished and the production furnaces have been revived difficultly, a huge part of the raw materials has been destroyed, she added.
Mahdavi continued that safeguarding the human assets and products of the handicrafts sector as a portion of strategic capital of the province’s culture and economy is on the agenda of Qazvin Cultural Heritage Department.
