Transport minister visits Tehran railway station, announces decisions to facilitate travel

TEHRAN- The Minister of Transport and Urban Development, by visiting Tehran railway station, speaking with passengers, and being present at the train ticket sales unit and inside the carriages boarding passengers, made and issued the necessary decisions to facilitate people's travel.

According to IRNA's report from the Ministry of Transport and Urban Development, Farzaneh Sadegh, by being present at the Tehran railway station, closely monitored the flow of passengers and their transportation.

The Minister of Transport and Urban Development, while being present in the carriages boarding passengers and speaking with rail passengers, announced an increase in the capacity of carriages and passenger seats and assured that with a little patience, the existing problems for transporting passengers will be resolved.
She also commended the hardworking employees of this ministry, urging them to be more patient and calm when dealing with anxious passengers under the current wartime conditions, and said: "The government stands with the people during these days and must convey a sense of togetherness and empathy in the way it serves them."

The Minister of Transport and Urban Development issued the necessary orders to the CEO of the Railway Company at Tehran railway station to facilitate the sale of train tickets and also to facilitate people's travel.
