TEHRAN— Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has reaffirmed Tehran’s readiness to pursue diplomacy with Washington over the nuclear issue and other outstanding disputes, while stressing that negotiations can succeed only if they are based on mutual commitments, respect for international law and tangible steps to rebuild trust.
